The DoubleExtracting-CuttingTray is an automated system designed for the hortofloriculture sector, engineered to quickly and precisely trim the tips of young plants. Thanks to a conveyor belt, crates containing the seedlings are pushed under the blades, while an integrated extraction system removes cuttings and debris, keeping the working area clean at all times. During the cutting process, a lower plate automatically extracts the soil plugs from the crates, making it easier to remove the seedlings and optimising the transplanting process.

The DoubleExtracting-CuttingTray can also be combined with the i-pickup machine, creating a fully automated and highly efficient production line.
