Automated line for processing pot plants 9-10-12. With this line, the following work can be performed on plants that are loaded onto Buffer Belts by means of forklifts with forks. The plants are contained in suitable tray systems (PortaVaso). The plants are picked up from the loading warehouse, transported to the processing area, removed from the pot holders and loaded onto suitable pot holders that rotate through the planting area in the various processing zones.

Possible processes:
1. Plant selection according to leaf volume and height;
2. Plant pruning with recovery of the cut part for use as cuttings;
3. Reassembly into pot holders according to Quality in order to obtain 1^st choice and 2^nd choice pot holders;
4. Loading up to 6 different types of varieties (thyme, mint, rosemary, marjoram, etc.) in the starting stores to create the desired mix in the pot holders, which are then used for shipment to gardens or GDO.

Productivity varies depending on the type of processing required and is between 3000 and 4500 plants per hour.
