According to the type of product to be destacked, the grasping mask may feature a vacuum or mechanical gripping system or both. This machine destacks the trays directly on the conveyor systems in your plant. Changing from one container to another is easy and quick by simply replacing the grasping mask.

Provided with electric board and operating panel to control/operate the machine.
Reliability in dividing the trays means reducing the line stops and, as a consequence, increasing the hourly production.

This machine is placed upstream of the sowing or transplanting lines before the tray filling phase, where a possible jamming would result in a complete stop of the whole line. It allows the use of ultra-light trays, which are in greater and greater demand due to economical and environmental reasons.
